Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? Because every piece is custom printed to order, please allow time for production and shipping.

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Total Wait: Most collectors in the US receive their art within 8–12 business days.

Do you ship internationally? No.

Where is my Certificate of Authenticity? To ensure security, your signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity is mailed separately directly from the artist's studio. It may arrive a few days before or after your print.

How is the artwork packaged?

  • Fine Art Paper Prints: To ensure safety, larger prints are carefully rolled in a rigid, protective tube. Smaller prints may be shipped flat in reinforced packaging.

  • Metal & Acrylic: These are shipped in secure, impact-resistant packaging to protect the surface and corners.

  • PLEASE NOTE: This art is sold as a print only. No frame is included.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy? As stated in our Terms of Service, all sales are final. Since every piece is custom-printed specifically for you when you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

What if my print arrives damaged? In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, we will make it right.

  1. Please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  2. Email us immediately at manuel@manuelvilla.art with your order number and photos.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order? Our printing partners begin production almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is placed, it enters the automated queue and cannot be cancelled.

PRODUCT & FRAMING

Do the prints come with a frame? No. All fine art paper prints are sold as the print only. We believe framing is a personal choice that should match your specific interior design. We recommend taking your print to a local professional framer to select a style that suits your home.

What paper do you use? We use Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a museum-grade, 100% cotton paper. It is archival, acid-free, and specifically chosen to capture the depth, detail, and luminosity of the image.

How do I handle the print when it arrives? Fine art paper is delicate.

  • Wash your hands before handling or use cotton gloves.

  • Avoid touching the printed surface directly, as oils from skin can damage the matte finish.

  • Unroll carefully: If your print arrives in a tube, we recommend letting a professional framer unroll and flatten it to avoid creasing.
