Refund Policy
ALL SALES FINAL
Because each piece is custom printed to order and limited to an edition of 50, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or incorrect address provided.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at manuel@manuelvilla.art with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
COLOR ACCURACY
We strictly calibrate our monitors and printers to industry standards. However, please note that screens vary in color calibration. The print you receive may differ slightly in tone from what you see on your mobile device or backlit monitor. These variations are not considered a defect.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors. We are not liable for stolen packages once they are successfully delivered to the address provided.
