SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production Time Every artwork is custom printed to order with the utmost care. Please allow 5-7 business days for the lab to print, inspect, and cure your print before shipment.

Framing & Presentation

  • Paper Prints: All fine art paper prints are shipped UNFRAMED. Larger prints are carefully rolled in a protective tube, while smaller prints may be shipped flat.

  • Metal Prints: These artworks are designed to be displayed frameless. They arrive with a mounting system pre-installed, ready to hang directly on your wall.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Paper prints are sold as the print only. No frame is included.

Certificate of Authenticity (Important) To ensure the security and provenance of your edition, your signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity will arrive in a separate envelope directly from the artist's studio. It may arrive before or after your print.

Domestic Shipping Tracking numbers are provided for every order.

  • Domestic (USA/48 States): 5-7 business days.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Damages in Transit We insure every package. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged:

  1. Please document the damage to the exterior box before opening it.

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged artwork.

  3. Email us at manuel@manuelvilla.art within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately at no extra cost.

RETURNS

Return Policy Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints and limited editions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind." This ensures that every piece sent out is pristine and has never been handled by another customer.
